I have taught French as a Foreign Language since 2014. What still gets me is not perfect grammar on a page. It is the moment you stop rehearsing, react naturally and realise the French was already yours.

How I teach
Clear guidance, realistic practice, feedback you can reuse.
I do not want to spend the lesson talking at you. My job is to get you speaking, notice what gets in the way and help you try again with better tools.
We start where you get stuck
A short speaking sample shows whether retrieval, structure, confidence or pronunciation is interrupting your message.
We practise your real situations
Meetings, relocation tasks, family dinners and exam prompts give the work a direction.
I correct with a purpose
I pick the feedback that makes you clearer and gives you something to practise again.
English is a tool, not a crutch
A short explanation can clear up confusion. Then we go straight back to French.
