Recipients and providers

Only I and the technical providers I need can access your data: Netlify (website hosting and forms), Google (Gmail and, if you accept, Google Analytics), Zapier (automatic sending of the Fluency Check plan), Railway (Classroom server), Cloudinary (lesson files), Resend (Classroom emails), Microsoft (Teams, as a fallback), Cal.com (trial-lesson booking and video call), PayPal, my bank and a messaging provider for voice support.

Some of these providers may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified — Netlify is — and otherwise on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, ask for portability and withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis. Write to charlesantonas.pro@gmail.com: I reply within one month. You can also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and local storage

Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4) only loads if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, no measurement cookie is set. Your choice is kept for 6 months, then the banner is shown again.

Without consent, the site only uses your browser’s local storage to remember your light or dark theme and your cookie choice. The student Classroom keeps your sign-in tokens in local storage to keep you signed in. Fonts are served from this site. When you book a trial lesson you are redirected to Cal.com, which applies its own policy.

Security

Access to the tools is protected by authentication, and Classroom passwords are stored hashed.
