Stop building every sentence from scratch
Create reusable sentence frames for your recurring situations.
Retrieve useful structures faster
Practise recall with cues, then with less and less preparation.
Speak for longer without losing the thread
Use signposting to narrate, explain and connect ideas.
React and ask follow-up questions
Train the short reactions that keep an exchange moving.
Explain and defend an opinion
Add nuance, examples and polite disagreement.
Handle a high-pressure situation
Simulate one real conversation from your work or daily life.
Compare and plan what comes next
Repeat the baseline task, hear the difference and decide what to practise next.
Good feedback needs boundaries
You get my attention, not permanent availability.
Voice support is limited to two 30-minute sessions per week. Use it for questions, guidance and adjustments between lessons. It is not two extra lessons or unlimited correction.

FAQ
French Speaking Reset questions
Is eight weeks enough to become fluent?
No. The program does not promise fluency or bilingualism. Eight weeks is a defined period to work on one speaking bottleneck and leave with a plan for what comes next.
What level do I need?
A solid A2 to B2. You should already understand familiar French and be able to string a few sentences together, even slowly.
What is the difference between the €340 and €440 formats?
Only the session length: eight sessions of 45 minutes or eight sessions of 60 minutes. Voice support, practice tasks and the final review are the same.
Why start with a trial lesson?
Because I only take people into the Reset when it fits. The free trial lesson tells us both: you see how I teach, I hear what is blocking you.
How much work is there between sessions?
Short, regular practice rather than worksheets. We agree on the amount in week one, based on your real schedule.
What happens between sessions?
You can use up to two 30-minute voice-support sessions per week for questions, guidance and adjustments. They are not extra lessons.
How do I pay?
After the trial lesson, if the Reset fits, I send a euro invoice. You pay by PayPal or bank transfer; bank details are only sent privately. Sessions are scheduled once payment is confirmed.
What if my schedule changes?
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are sent to you in writing before you pay.
The practical side
Payment, lessons and lateness
- Payment
- Payment in euros. The trial lesson is free and no payment details are asked. Programs are paid by PayPal or bank transfer once enrolment is confirmed. Bank details are only sent privately with your invoice.
- Where lessons happen
- Lessons normally take place on Charles’s private video-learning platform. If an exceptional technical problem occurs, the lesson may be moved to Microsoft Teams.
- Lateness and missed lessons
- If a student arrives late, the lesson still ends at the scheduled time. If the student has not joined by the halfway point of the booked session, the lesson is considered missed.
